Non smoking, 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room and private deck with barbeque and  full lake view. One bedroom includes a king size bed, the other has a queen size bed and a full bed. This year only introductory 3 night minimum next year minimum of 5 days.

 Rate:  $150 for up to 6 people

No pets in this apartment.  Rates include 1 vehicle, 2 vehicle maximum, $7 per day extra charge for 2nd vehicle

Cabins:
Non smoking studio style cabins with full kitchens, queen size beds and private bathrooms

Individual Cabins:
Sleeps 4
$74 per night with the 7th night free

Log Cabin Duplex:
Sleeps 6
$84 per night for up to 4 people/ $7 per person extra/ 7th night free

Rates include 1 vehicle, 2 vehicle maximum, $7 per day extra charge for 2nd vehicle.

Beach Front: 4 people $27

7th day free for all camping

Rates include RV and tow vehicle.  $7 extra charge per day for additional vehicles (maximum one extra vehicle). One time charge of $10 to add a tent to a RV site. 

Row Boats:     $6 per hour     $24 day

Motor Boats:   $12 per hour  $ 45 day

Paddle Boats:   $5 per hour

Pontoon Boat   $20 hr           $75 day

ORV Rules 

ORV’s are welcome at Shady Pines Resort however not everyone enjoys the noise or dust that incur with their presence.  So that everyone might have a pleasant experience we ask that you abide by the following considerations.   

1. Ingress and Egress only/ no riding from cabins to RV sites or  office

2. Slow Speed/5mph max so as not to raise dust

3. One time fee of $5.00 per ORV for park maintenance

4. No revving or extended idling

5. No turnings on grass/ drive on and back off

6. No fueling on grass

7. No ORV’s in front of RV’s

9. Quiet time 8pm to 8 am (before or after you push them)

10. ORV’s with loud mufflers must be pushed in and out

11. All ORV riders must use due consideration to the residents of Conconully and abide by the Okanogan County and Conconully City ORV rules

12. One time $10 trailer parking charge

Pet Policy

Allowing pets in our campground is a privilege we are happy to extend to our guests however the following rules must be followed. This is our dog’s home. While he does not wander the campground unattended you may see him off his leash on occasion around the office or with us.

1. Pets need to be on a leash at all times when in the park. The leash must be so that the dog can be controlled at all times.

2. Not to be left alone in or out of cabin/RV site. When you go somewhere they need to go with you

3. Walk you pets outside the park, do not let them go on the grass.

4. Pets that bark excessively will not be allowed to return next year.

5. Do not let your pet on the furniture in cabins. Excessive hair in the cabins or on the furniture will be charged up to $100 for cleaning.

6. Maximum of 2 pets per cabin or RV site
